Niagara Robotic Crawlers

With a great deal of RVI tech being used in the Electric & Power industry, it’s not surprising to see the Niagara Hydroelectric Power Plant testing the use of a Robotic Crawler to inspect the dam surface. With its 110-volt vacuum engine, the crawler bot maintains enough suction to carry 18kg up vertical structures and can follow a preprogrammed route. This Robotic Crawler could eliminate the need for scaffolding or repelling to complete inspections – making inspections safer and more effective.
