An annual calibration performed by Eddyfi guarantees its quality and is crucial to instrument precision.

Electronics and Firmware Updates

We are constantly working to improve the efficiency and dependability of the Ectane. With an ESP, you are entitled to every proprietary electronics update of the system. We also make sure that your firmware is up-to date.

Preventive Maintenance Inspection

This inspection covers 25 essential points of your instrument’s functionality, which contributes to minimize unforeseen failures and unnecessary down time. Includes internal mechanical and electronics tests, necessary cleaning, and part replacement according to the terms of the comprehensive extended warranty (below).

Comprehensive Extended Warranty

The comprehensive extended warranty completely covers your Ectane from all failuresarising from the normal use of the instrument for the duration of the service plan. The warranty also fully covers parts and labor in case of repairs.

Any equipment covered by an ESP is fast tracked. The typical turnaround time from the time the instrument is delivered at our offices for repair is 48–72 business hours. The typical answer time for technical support requests is one business day.
