We have a comprehensive range of portable hardness testing equipment for on-site hardness testing across a range of coatings and castings including metals, plastics, rubber and special materials. From compact, mobile tools which allow quick and easy testing on positions that may be difficult to access by other testers to versatile devices that combine ultrasound and rebound test methods, Nexxis has the right solution for every material hardness testing application.
Main application areas are inspection tasks on serial parts after heat treatment, after surface processing, weld inspection or for coat hardness measuring on gravure cylinders with highly selective low load motorized probes.
Our manual measurement probes are available with test forces 10N, 50N and 100N. They are ideal for general, hand-held testing procedures in the fields of production and maintenance.
The Krautkramer MIC 20 utilises two testing methods to enable both quasi-static UCI and dynamic rebound hardness testing in a single unit.
The MIC10 is a handy compact unit featuring narrow probes that measure in any direction, allowing you to test components in just about any location.
DyanaPOCKET's pocket sized cable free single unit enables you to scan and test just about any component in any position and see your results in a matter of seconds.
